Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, and some exclusions may apply for custom or final sale items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email, and if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
